lkSID file stopping me from starting Database.

265988Jan 6 2004 — edited Jan 7 2004
I've had a system crash. I ran three different instances of Oracle 8.1.6.2.0 on the server. We have all files on a NAS device. It is going to take some time to restore the machine and I wanted to start my instances of Oracle on another machine, but the lkSID files is preventing me. How do I start the instance up on the new machine?

Any help is very appreciated.

Thanks,
Magnus
