Livelink Error

Hi,
I am working in oracle 9i (Solaris OS).One of my end user is using LIvelink application tools.Using that tool he is going to connect to the oracle database,But the livelink tool is asking the Administrator Privilege for the Schema.If i login to System user means i can able to connect to the Database.

But if i use the normal user name and Password means it is throwing Error as

ora-00942 table or view does not exists..

Please provide me the solution .what is the administrator privilge to be granted to the user.except dba, sys and system.....
