live cricket scores on website

i want to create a cricket betting website....and i want to know that how i include live scores on my website that automatically refreshes(not the whole page, but only a small frame used for displaying live scores) after certain time..

also i want to put match rate(which changes as the cricket match progresses) in my site..

how i can do this???? please help me out???

i am using SERVLETS & JSP for my project.
