Listener stops working

Today suddenly listener service stops working...
It's an Oracle 10gR2 running on Windows 2003 Server.

listener.log show this error

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00584: Valid node checking configuration error

All attempt to reconfigure listener and restrating server give no result.
Any ideas what should I do next?
