Listener status down in EM 12c but listener is up

Hi Can any one look into the below points and help me with this.

Two Databases and listeners are configured in one Linux Server. Databases and both the listeners are up and running fine. only one listener is showing down in EM 12c console. Listener Status showing down in EM 12c with error Failed to Tnsping but Listener is up and running fine.
When I run the below command it is showing Tnsping Failed /agent_inst/bin> ./emctl getmetric agent LISTENER_GP1,oracle_listener,Response Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 4 Copyright (c) 1996, 2014 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved. tnsPing,Status,oraerr ,0,Failed to tnsping 10.121.232.61

Can any one suggest ?
