Listener - Serviced Databases

I have Oracle 10G & Windows 2003 Enterprise.

I change Oracle server to a new domain, only domain. Everything is working fine with JD Edwards but users also have Oracle Client to read some tables. This is not working. With EM I check that in Listener Properties in "Serviced Databases", my database is not listed: ( No databases serviced. ). Before domain change I have the database listed there. I think this is my problem that user cannot use OraClient. The user receives ORA-12514 error when try to connect. Help?.
