Listener service instance blocked

raulk89Oct 5 2017 — edited Oct 5 2017

Hi

I noticed something strange with my listener status.

I have 2 instances running from this standby database:

  • etmaster_stdby  <-- 11.2 oracle db
  • aet_stdby  <-- 12.1 oracle db

Listener is stored in GI_HOME. GRID version is 12.1

Now I have checked all the listener.ora (from GI_HOME) and tnsnames.ora (from DB_HOME) files and none of these have excessive record.

[oracle@etmasterdb3 ~]$ lsnrctl status

When I stop my standby database aet_stdby, then listener still shows this BLOCKED record.

This points me to that conclusion that there is some kind of static listener set somewhere. But I have looked like everywhere and couldn't managed to find any record of it.

I even tried removing listener and adding new listener, still no luck.

Could anyone have some ideas maybe..?

Regards
Raul
