LISTENER OR VIP GOES DOWN

Hi all

We have had some serious issues with listener going down for no reason in our production RAC database environment. Basically, listeners, could be either node, goes down (died) by itself. Further investigation shows that it might be caused by VIP service which goes down by itself.

Anyone has any experience with this kind of issue?
