Listener Issue after changing the hostname & ip address of a node

Environment - Oracle 11g R2 is installed in OEL 5(Oracle VirtualBox node). I intentionally changed the IP address and host-name of the node for using as a standby node. What are the modifications that are needed to do in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file ?
