Listener is not started

I am trying to RMAN setup iam using a primary database and catlog database here primary database listener is start another catlog database listener is not start, here i mention this error please help me..

primary DB path: /u01/app/oradin/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/listener.ora

catlog DB path: /u03/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/listener.ora

oradin@localhost ~]$ lsnrctl start

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 12.1.0.1.0 - Production on 19-FEB-2017 20:04:51

TNS-01106: Listener using listener name LISTENER has already been started
