Listener Installation Guide - Bad URL

The URL supplied in the read me for Oracle Application Express Listener 1.1.1 (1.1.1.104.21.22) is a bad link.

The bad URL is: http://wd0338.oracle.com/archive/cd_ns/E21611_01/index.htm

This is also the same page provided on Oracle's website at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex-listener/downloads/index.html.

I have been checking back but, it has been down for over a week now.

Does anyone have an alternate location at which I could access this guide?
