listener goes down automatically

dear all,

i have big issue in development database. my listener is goes down automatically due to unknown reasons.

configuration: 10.2.0.4
linux :
cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 3)

if anyone have faced such issues kinldy help us thanks.
