Listener for Grid vs Listerner for Oracle DB

Hi Guru's,

Please help me to understand the listener of Oracle Grid and Oracle db. In case i installed Grid Infrastructure on RHEL 5 and 11GR2 DB on the same machine. How to conifgiure the listener.Wheather i need to make the Grid Listener as my default Listener or DB listener as my default listener. I know that a single Listener is going to accept both for Grid as well as DB but how to configure in case of 11GR2 Grid + Db installation.pleas give me example if you have and or link for the same.
