Hi All,
The listener has crashed for two of the databases which have been upgraded to 11.2.0.4.0 from oracle 10g. The databases are running on open VMS .
Below errors has been reported in the listener log.
If the same issue is reported on oracle 10.2.0.2-10.2.0.4 it can be fixed by applying the patches (Ref: Doc ID 1270778.1) .
Did any one face the same issue on 11.2.0.2 or higher version and was it resolved? Kinldy share your valuable inputs.

TNS-12623: TNS:operation is illegal in this state
TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00517: Lost contact
VMS Error: 32: broken pipe
