List of Timezone

Hi all,

it is possible to generate a list of timezones, look like the list of timezones from Windows?
I know the table "v$timezone_names", but that are too much for me.
I need a LOV of timezones and when the user select a zone, I want to change the timezone of its session.
But this LOV must look like the Windows list.
Can I generate this list automatically or must I create my own list?
