list of parameters name with GET_PARAMTER_ATTR

Hey,

I have a parameter list that I want to get each of he parameters in it and it's value.
I don’t have the parameter names, but the parameter list Id.
How can i extract the attributes and her Values from the parameter list ?

With the Function GET_PARAMTER_ATTR it not works because the Parameter KEY can not be dynamic !!!

how can I know the list of parameters name that the parameter list contains?
