List all fields for Inserts?

e.g Insert into tablename(xxx,yyyy,zzzz,ttttt)
values(mmmm,yyyyy,uuuuu,kkkkk);
or should it be in this form now
Insert into tablename values(mmmm,yyyyy,uuuuu,kkkkk);
