Linux-x86_64 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable: while taking bkup

Hi,

My DB Release is: 10.2.0.4.0

Im getting following error while taking full backup of database.

I could see there is no space issue as such and the same script has taken backup of archives sucessfully.

Please suggest.
