Linux to HP-UX Migration

Dear Experts,

I have and Oracle DB 10.2.0.3 that I want to upgrade to 11.2.0.4, during the upgrade we will be moving from Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 to HP-UX i11.31

Now, regarding the License, will the Oracle Support be affected if I moved from Linux to UNIX ?

Other Questions regarding the upgrade and migration process, is there any best practices for the steps to follow ?
