Linux server frequent reboots

Please help me to find out the root cause of the frequent reboot of Linux server.Please find the system information:

As am from application administration back ground not able to identify the problem.Please help me in resolving the issue.
i just had a look at /var/log/messages and found the information of restart.Also i could see warnings on "CPU".

As we are running Oracle application server on the server;due to the server reboot our conatiners also rebooting hence affecting the applications.
