linux installation on dell studio 15 laptop

i have got a new dell studio 15 laptop to install redhat enterprise linux 4 for installing oracle applications.They have installed windows xp on my laptop but i want to install redhat rhel 4 on my laptop totally formatting the xp.but when i rebooted the machine to install rhel during the rhel 4 installation it throws the error message as driver not found

3 options
choose driver use driver back

but it stops and it doesnot proceed quitting the installation.so please help me to format windows xp and install rhel 4 on my laptop.i have this problem for last 2weeks so please help me to solve the problem

should i make any changes in my bios? plz say me
