Linux GUI not working

Hi All,

Operating System: Oracle Linux Server 7.3

i tried to connect to one of our server which is having Linux 7.3 OS using VNC in graphical mode, after logged in i saw the below error messages i tried restart of the server but same error appears.

"Oh no! something has gone wrong .

A problem has occurred and the system can't recover Please log out and try again.

appreciate your help.
