Linking Google analytics with APEX

I have the code of Google analytics, i want to put it in APEX.

I have tried to put it in the 0-global page of APEX application and other applications but it doesn't sync.

I've tried also to put it into the shared components > templates > page (standard) and it navigates me to edit in 1-language page on APEX application, but it doesn't sync also.

Any suggestion or help please.
