Link in password reset email taking to login page

Hi,

I am working on APEX 5.0.3.00.03.

When I do password reset, I receive an email with a link. On clicking that link, it should take me to password reset screen, but instead, it is taking me to login screen. Due to this, I am unable to reset my password.

Email which I receive for password reset is as below:

Workspace: myorg
Username: user1
Reset Password URL: http://myorg.com:8080/apex/f?p=4350:68:16961547445607::::P68_USER_ID,P68_ASK_CURRENT:8772212413497440,N&cs=3iTCrxAlamNFF2tzjOLcW1NpqEjY

http://myorg.com:8080/apex/

Please note that it works perfectly fine in my development environment. I am workspace administrator for both of these environments.
