currently working with Application Express 19.1.0.00.15.
I have seen a couple of issues with the link builder in APEX.
1-It is very difficult to see all items in the window even when resizing it see below:
2-For some reason, when picking and item on the 3rd or 4th line "from the current page" in the drop list, the Link Builder returns the value on the first line instead of returning it on the 3rd or 4th line. I am not able to reproduce systematically yet it has has happened to me quite a few times.
Is anyone aware of this issue?

In the following Link Builder, I specifically click the LOV Icon on line 4 (Item 4: Name List Of value) and select the Item P35_LINK_NO_SIMON from the liste of value.
And the item got populated on line 3.
Further, if I set the focus on the line 3 LOV Icon, the tooltip displays (Item 4: Name List of Values).
and again if I set the focus n the line 4 LOV Icon this time, the tooltip still displays (Item 4: Name List of Values).
I tried sitting the cursor on the line before clicking the LOV Icon but the behavior is still the same.
Have anyone noticed this kind of behavior????
