Link a row in an APEX interactive report to PDF file or MS Access form

I am new to APEX 3.2 development.
I migrated MS Access to Oracle 10g XE and created a simple APEX application
with reports and forms.

Can anybody tell me, is there a way in APEX to link each row in the report to an Access Form
or PDF file?
