Link a content profile to a rule through RIDC

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how can i link a contet profile to a Rule.
I have created a Rule by using ADD_DOCRULE and profile by using ADD_DOCPROFILE.
But i am not able to link them. I also need to add some metadata fields to the Rule.
