Line Chart Min and Max Y values

I have found many entries on the forums for people asking if there is a way to set the min/max value for the y axis on a line chart.

All the answers appear to be negative, that it can't be done.

I am hoping I am just missing a post or two, but I have a chart, that the values go well into tens of millions. With the Y always starting at zero and trying to fit into the height, basically the chart is a straight line across the top.

Is there a way to get around this limitation?
