Limit rows in Forms

Use Forms 6.0.8 and Oracle Database Oracle9i 9.2.0.6.0

I have a Data Block where "Number of records displayed" is 16, "Query Data Source Type" is a name of a view of DB and show scroll bar.

This view have 300 columns and 2000 rows. Columns display in forms.

When i execute query in forms and press scroll bar for see more rows, arrive a moment in that exit forms without show a message.

Can help me?
