Dear Gurus,

I have 900milllion records in year=2011 in one report, when I first time go to dashboard after login, then I want to see the records.
But appear error seemed I have Exceeded configured maximum number of allowed output prompts, sections, rows, or columns.
Then I tried to remove the graph when my records = 700million. It worked.
But how to limit row in table and graph so the data not so big when first access to the dashboard after login?


Any help will be appreciated
