Limit Number of records in detail form of Master Detail form in Oracle Apex 5

Hi All,

I am working on Master detail form on Oracle Apex 5 and wanted to know a way to stop the user to keep on adding more than 4 child records. I am open to dynamic action (disable add row button) or form level validation techniques(number of child records cannot be more than 4 alert). Please help.
