Limit APEX 23.1 Date Picker To Specific Days of the Week

Hi!

On one of our forms users can only select Tuesdays or Thursdays to set their appointments. On our previous APEX version I was able to limit the date picker to allow only those days with some additional js.

But the date picker has changed with 23.1 and I need to recreate that functionality with the new date picker.
