Licensing Vs CSI Number

Dear all,

We have purchased Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Named User Plus 1 Year license. The reseller has sent me the “CSI number”. Looking for the internet, I have to connect to my user account but I get this message:

Am I in the right place to license my databases?
