licensing questions

In http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15881_01/doc.104/e15889.pdf, it states "The license for Oracle GoldenGate includes the ability to capture database transactions
from Oracle Database and deliver database transactions to Oracle Database.". Does that mean you only need 1 GoldGate license to move data from an Oracle database instance on server A to an Oracle database instance on server B (If licensing by processor, I'm assuming 2 licenses are needed)?

Looking in the Oracle Store, I see you can purchase either a Processor or Named User licenses. How do you calculate named users for the purposes of licensing GoldenGate?
