License for Oracle Standard Edition One

Hi,

I have a server with 2*Intel Xeon Quad Core and I intend to install Oracle Standard Edition One on this sever.

The question is how can I calculate the license required for the server above? Assuming that the number of users to be using the system will be less than 5.

Can I just purchase 5 minimum users - "Named User" or I have to pay for 2 processor license?
