License for Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC

Hi everyone!

I am trying to use Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC (Oracle Gateway 11g) to create dblink from Oracle 10.2.0.4

As per this price list, I don't see the price details for Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC

Please refer to page 3 and 4

and as per this one, I don't need a separate license. Could someone throw some light. I might be having the database and the gateway in the same machine

Please refer to page 1-7 which says

Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC
Oracle Database Gateway for ODBC can be installed and used on a machine different
from the machine where the Oracle Database is installed and used. It is not necessary
to obtain a separate license for the machine running Oracle Gateway for ODBC

Please throw some light.
