Libraries missing while install Oracle grid insfrastructure for a standalone server 11g

Hello,

My SO is teh Rad Hat Entreprise Linux Server release 6.7

Kernel-2.6.32-573.el6.x86_64

version: 3.8.13-68.3.4.el6uek.x86_64

when installing oracle grid i have the information missing libraries for example:

libaio-0.3.105 (i386)

compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3 (i386)

libaio-devel-0.3.105 (i386)

libgcc-3.4.6 (i386)

libstdc++-3.4.6 (i386)

unixODBC-2.2.11 (i386)

unixODBC-devel-2.2.11 (i386)

pdksh-5.2.14

I can't continue the instalation!

what i need to do?
