LGWR: terminating instance due to error 321

Hi,

I received the below error and terminated oracle service's,How do i resolve it?

version:oracle 9.2.0.1
os : windows 2003

ORA-00321: log 1 of thread 1, cannot update log file header
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'E:\ORACLE\sales\ORADATA\REDO01.LOG'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
