Level 0 virtual members must have a formula associated with them

Hi,

I am trying to refresh a Planning Application via the Planning Web (Planning 9.3.1) and I am getting an error message:

Error [102000000] detected in member : Level 0 virtual members must have a formula associated with them

I looked up the member and the member has a Member Formula associated with it. I validated the Member Formula as well and it was successful.

I would appreciate if someone can give me an insight on what could be the cause of this.
