Legato Single Server Version

Hi All,
I want some information regarding LSSV and Oracle Secure Backup. Wether both are same or is there any difference between them. Also want to know that if LSSV is the part of Oralce Companion Tools then how to install the LSSV.
EMC Networker for Oralce is also integrated with Legato or it is seprately a third party tool.
