Left pane of Admin UI not getting Displayed

Hi All

My Left pane of Admin tab is not appearing.

It says "Install Java JRE".

My system has already installed with Java JRE. Also I have lower down the security from Java Control Panel.

I am attaching the screen shot of the browser.

Please give your inputs.
