Left Align Page Item

Hi,

It appears to be an APEX default that page items are indented as shown above. However I'm trying to save space in one of my pages and I'd like the page item to start at the left border of the page. When I change column span to 1 it seems that this is left-most position a page item can go to. Is there a way to stop the indent?
