Learners Not able to see the courses assigned in Required Learning page

Hello Team,

Some of our Learners are not able to see any assignments/ courses in their Required Learning page or in current Learning page. It is all completely blank and we tried to apply different filters but no luck, we are using Chrome. I see an old bug doc - Doc ID 2444172.1 and would like to know if this is again popping up in 20B as well. Please let me know how to fix this?
