ldapsearch charset problem

Hi!

I'm using Directory Server 5.2 on Solaris 9 (SPARC). I add users to directory from my workstation with Windows XP (russian) by Sun ONE Server Console. Some attribute values of user enrty are contain text in russian charset.

I try to get some user's information from Directory server by ldapsearch for Windows (SDK for C, downloaded from SUN). I can't read the russian attribute values. What should I do ?
