'ldappasswd' equivalent in Windows

DS Gurus,

How can a windows machine user change/modify OUD password, either on first login or on password expiry? Currently non-windows users can change the password using the 'ldappasswd' executable, but no such option is available for Windows PC users.

In general, is there another way to let users change their OUD password other than using the 'ldappasswd' executable?
