Ldap replica busy and facing slow ness while logging in

Below is the log in our server and we are
facing slowness while logging into application. We have used Oracle directory and LDAP services to authenticate. We are able to login successfully but facing slowness

could not find value 0 for attr apchildusers (No such attribute)
