HI,
This is the problem which i am facing now, i can able to start sqlplus session with oracle user, but i am unable start sqlplus session,
from non-oracle user.

It was working good before applying the patches, after applying patches we are not able to start sqlplus session from non-oracle user.
here are the applied patch details :

Applied CPUs
