LCM Utility.sh Password encryption

Hi all,

One of client who is using Utility.sh (for LCM automation) needs to create encrypt password without password available as plain-text during 1st run (as part of audit requirement), is there a methodology to generate one?

Why does Oracle have seperate Encryption mechanism for each component Planning, FDMEE...?
