LCM Utility Password Encryption 11.1.2.3.0

I performed an export via Workspace > Shared Services UI.

Which created an Export.xml file where I expected it. So I pointed the utility to that file...

D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\bin>utility "D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\import_export\ESS12 14-11-14\Export.xml"

Which performed the export perfectly (now including Essbase data!!)! However, the utility did not encrypt and save my credentials in that Export.xml file.

Am I missing something? I've found of posts from John saying the encrypted password should be there after my first run, but it's not. Ideas?
