LCM import problem on security

Hi guys,

I'm on EPM Sytem 11.1.2.3.500 and I exported all my artifacts with LCM to import in another server. I was unable to import some items due to users. It is saying that some users do not exist when I try to import their user preferences, altough I can see them in Shared Services Native Directory and also in Essbase.I cannot see them however in Planning to give, for instance,access to a data form. Do you know what might be causing this issue?
